Angel joined GB3 in season one. She first began line dancing in high school because her mom was part of a country western dance team. 30 plus years later, Angel line dances with her daughter and it’s one of their favorite things to do together.

Angel says dancing is important because it gives you a reason to move, a place to be in community, and an opportunity to learn new things. Her current favorite line dances are “Greenlight” and “Cowboy Up”, but she’ll always have fond memories of “Watermelon Crawl” and “God Blessed Texas” from those 90s dance halls. When not dancing, Angel works for a ministry creating project systems and workflows, and she loves spending time with her family, traveling and caring for her animals.
